**"Chi vuol veder" translates to "who wants to see' or 'who desires to see' in English. It's a phrase used at the beginning of Petrarch's sonnet, "In life beauty perishes, not in art". The phrase is followed by "quantunque pò Natura," which means "as much as nature can." 

Hans Leo Hassler: (baptised 26 October 1564 – 8 June 1612) was a German composer and organist of the late Renaissance and early Baroque eras. He was born in Nurnberg and died in Frankfurt.
