'Grave aus Stabat Mater' was the last completed work by the 26 year old Italian composer - Giovanni Battista Pergolesi. The composition is about the suffering and pain of the mother of Jesus Christ regarding the crucifixion. It is a very well known work, and was even edited by Bach himself several years later.
