François Schubert - not to be confused with Franz Schubert - was born in Dresden in 1808. "The Bee" has been arranged from the famous violin work, with some minor changes in the notes and the phrasing to make it more suitable for the recorder. An exciting and virtuosic work for descant recorder and piano accompaniment.
