Methodical Studies:
Please prepare each 1st lines of No, 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8. Don’t aim to play
them as fast as possible, but as precise as possible. This may be at a
very slow tempo. For instance: practice with metronome and start at 40/
crotchet and slowly speed up each practice session by steps of 5 (e.g.
40, 45, 50, 55,…). You may want to start even slower.
12 Fantasias:
Pick two of your favourite Fantasias to perform in class, with at least one
of which has 3 flats or sharps or more.
Session 2: We will provide you parts on the day.
